Processing Time
Handmade Items: please allow up to 10 business days for us to make and deliver your parcel to the post office. During peak times including sales and collection releases this 10 business day processing time may vary.
"Ready to Walk" Items - please allow up to 4 business days for us to pack and take your items to the post office.
Please note - if your order contains a variety of handmade and ready to walk items, you will need to allow 10 business days as per our handmade processing time above.
AUSTRALIA
Standard postage and handling for Australia wide orders are calculated by weight starting at $10.60 as per the Australia Post shipping rates.
Includes tracking number and cover up to $100.00. Extra cover can be purchased, please email us with your order number and we will calculate this for you.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard shipping, tracking and handling for all international orders. Prices will vary from country to country. Please get in touch with us if we are not currently shipping to your country - we may be able to provide you with a quote.

LOST ITEMS
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your package being lost or stolen during the shipping process. As this is out of our control we cannot offer a full refund or replacement for you. We understand this is frustrating so we are happy to organise some sort of compromise with you based on the situation. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
We cannot offer a refund for change of mind / incorrect size for Handmade items. We can exchange or give you a store credit for Ready to Walk items within 5 days of you receiving your package. The products must be in brand new condition and the customer will need to cover all relevant shipping expenses so please choose wisely!
If for some reason your item has arrived faulty, please contact us straight away!
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
